Comfort Climate Co. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

We don't ask for payment details. We don't sell products on this site.
Why we use it
- To send you the checklist you asked for and, if you agreed, occasional guides and updates.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the site working and secure, and to understand in general terms how it's used.
Cookies and analytics

Email list (CASL)
- We email you only if you've given us your express consent, for example by ticking the consent box on our sign-up form.
- Each email identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and we'll act on it promptly (and within 10 business days at the latest).
- We don't rent or sell our email list.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and email list (for example, our website host and email-service provider), and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Some providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities under local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you stay on our list. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so that we don't email you again. We delete messages you send us when we no longer need them.
