AI content disclosure

We believe you should know how what you read and watch was made.

Videos

All Comfort Climate Co. videos, on every platform, are made with AI tools (AI-generated visuals, and AI voice or text-to-speech where used). They carry an "AI-generated video" label. We use each platform's own AI-content label where one exists.

People shown in our videos are not real. There is no real person on camera and there are no real customers, testers or experts.

Written guides

Our written guides are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before they're published. Where possible we point to official sources, such as Health Canada.

What AI-generated doesn't mean

• We don't present AI-generated footage as real footage of a product being used or tested.
• We don't claim hands-on testing. Our guides explain product features and general good practice.
• We don't use AI to make up reviews, ratings, testimonials or prices.

Mistakes

AI tools can make errors, and so can people. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at comfortclimatecoca@gmail.com and we'll look at it and correct it.

Not medical advice

Our content about cold-weather safety is general information. It isn't medical advice. For health concerns, speak to a health professional, and see Health Canada's page on extreme cold.
